Roisa Centro Apartment - Madrid

The whole experience met every demand, I would absolutely stay here again. Every detail of this venue was nice. Top-class and helpful staff, made the stay real good. I had apartment with a terrace. There were a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries in bathroom.

It is fairly clean and in a very quite neighbourhood. Staff is top-class.

All staff were really kind and kind.

Everything was great and I got ironing for free. Quiet and tidy rooms included with 2 bathrooms.

The staff was very kind and kind, location near bars and restaurants. The room was fairly quiet, provided with a very spacious bedroom and comfy beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar, where the breakfast was served. It was also near a tube station.

My time in Madrid was such great because of this place, partly. The staff was understanding and polite to chat with. There were a hair dryer and an iron to use.

I would happily go back again, loved it. The apartment is next to Madrid and Roisa Centro, though the area is extremely busy.

I stayed for 1 night and it was just perfect. It was in a great and excellent place. Generally everything was good, nonetheless the apartment has mouldy bathroom. Coffee/tea making equipment, refrigerators, and an oven were available, in case you cook.

Everywhere in the apartment was fairly clean. All staff were superfriendly and accommodating. It was located in a very quiet area close to everything.

Everything good, a great selection of cafes and bars for breakfast.

The value for money at this place was fantastic! The room was super clean, tidy, and had great amenities. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and lots of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were very good too ensure our comfort and even arranged a seamless airport transfer for us.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Metro Station and close to Gran Via and other attractions. the beds are comfortable and clean. the reception staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. As party people, we appreciated the easy access to the city's nightlife.

Felt lucky, nothing too much trouble.

a dryer, guest toiletries and bath sheets in the bathroom were a bonus. marvellous and magnificent location just a short walk away from a famed street, we loved it. plus it was near to a supermarket, several metro stations, and markets.

There are cosy and neat rooms with 2 bathrooms, good facilities, for instance.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being so close to San Barnardo metro which is just a few stops to the main square. the proximity to the city center also makes it convenient for exploring all the attractions of the city. the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was really slow and sometimes didn't work properly.
